What are they? Are they door stops?
Adopt-a-dachshunds are plush dachshunds for comfort and enjoyment. 😊 Each dachshund is named after an ice cream flavor and comes with their own birth certificate showing exact time they were created and weight/height/coloring.
Where do you ship to?
I ship to anywhere in the U.S. only.
How much are they?
They are currently $35 plus shipping, Limited Edition dachshunds are $45 plus shipping.
Do you do special orders?
I currently do not take special orders.
Why are they all pre-orders on your site?
All of my Dachshunds are handmade when your order is placed. I do not keep any already made “on the shelf”. If the dachshund you are looking at says “currently unavailable”, that just means that you can not place an order until the next adoption opens. Adoptions are held monthly.
How long will it take for you to handcraft the dachshund I choose?
2-4 weeks. Depending on the amount of current orders that I have.
Can you make me one with Ohio State buckeyes fabric?
I cannot use fabric that has a license copy right on it to make a dachshund to sell for profit. (ie. Team fabric, Disney fabric. Etc.) You can only make things with that fabric for personal use. Sorry, I’m a rule follower. ☺️ I know people do, but I don’t. I can make one with the colors or your favorite team though. 😉
What are their dimensions?
They are 7” H from the top of their head to the bottom of their front paws and 15” L.
